- 4 slices of bread (white, wheat, or brioche)
- 4 slices of bacon
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp milk (optional, for fluffier eggs)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp butter or oil
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese (or your preferred cheese)
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Bacon

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Add the bacon slices and cook until crispy, about 3-5 minutes per side.

Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess grease.
Step 2: Prepare the Eggs

In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.

Melt butter in a pan over medium-low heat.

Pour in the eggs and cook, stirring gently, until just set.
Step 3: Toast the Bread

Lightly butter the bread slices.

Toast them in a pan or toaster until golden brown.
Step 4: Assemble the Sandwich

Place a slice of cheese on one piece of toast.

Add the scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and another slice of cheese.

Top with the second piece of toast.
Step 5: Melt the Cheese and Serve

Place the sandwich back in the pan on low heat for 1-2 minutes per side until the cheese melts.
