Instructions
Step 1: Preheat and Prepare
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
Step 3: Cream Butter and Sugar
In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. This step is key to a light and airy cake texture.

Let the cake cool completely in the pan. Meanwhile, prepare the frosting by beating cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy. Spread over the cooled cake.
