- 1 large French or Italian bread loaf
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken (rotisserie or grilled)
- 6 slices crispy bacon, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Bread
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Take a large French or Italian loaf and slice it lengthwise, creating two halves. Hollow out some of the bread from the center to make space for the stuffing, being careful not to remove too much. Set aside.
Step 2: Make the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked, shredded chicken, crispy chopped bacon, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing. Mix until everything is well-coated.
Step 3: Fill the Bread
Spoon the chicken mixture evenly into the hollowed-out bread halves. Press down slightly to pack the ingredients well.
Step 4: Prepare the Butter Topping
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture generously over the top of the stuffed bread.
Step 5: Bake the Bread
Place the stuffed bread halves on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped green onions.
