Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Step 2: Prepare the Ingredients
- Crack the eggs into a large mixing bowl.
- Dice your vegetables and any meat you’re using.
- If using frozen veggies (like spinach), make sure to thaw and drain them thoroughly.
Step 3: Whisk the Eggs and Dairy
- In the mixing bowl with the eggs, add cottage cheese and milk.
- Whisk vigorously until fully combined.

- Mix in the shredded cheese and your chosen vegetables or meat.
