Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat to prevent sticking.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes (if using). Mix well until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Using a spoon or spatula, spread the mixture thinly and evenly onto the prepared baking sheet. Aim for a thickness of about 1/8 inch to ensure the chips crisp up nicely.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the chips are crispy. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning.
Once baked, remove the chips from the oven and let them cool completely on the baking sheet. As they cool, they will become even crispier. Once cooled, break them into chip-sized pieces.
