-
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
-
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Pasta
-
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
-
Add the bowtie pasta and cook according to the package instructions (usually about 10-12 minutes).
-
Drain the pasta and set it aside.
Step 2: Cook the Ground Beef
-
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
-
Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon (about 5-7 minutes).
-
If necessary, drain excess fat from the pan.
Step 3: Sauté the Aromatics
-
Add chopped onions and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef.
-
Cook for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant and softened.
-
Stir in salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
Step 4: Make the Creamy Sauce
-
Pour in the beef broth and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
-
Add the diced tomatoes and mix well.
-
Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
-
Let everything cook together until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce becomes creamy (about 5 minutes).
Step 5: Combine Everything
-
Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the creamy sauce.
-
Let it simmer for 2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
