Ingredients
- 12 oz (340g) pasta (penne, rotini, or fettuccine work best)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp butter
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.

Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Chicken

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season the diced chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes, until fully cooked and golden brown.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Step 3: Cook the Bacon

In the same skillet, cook the bacon until crispy.

Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate.

Once cooled, crumble the bacon into small pieces.
Step 4: Make the Creamy Ranch Sauce

In the same skillet, melt butter and add heavy cream, milk, and chicken broth.

Stir in cream cheese until melted and smooth.

Add shredded cheddar, Parmesan cheese, and ranch seasoning mix.

Whisk until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Step 5: Combine Everything

Return the cooked chicken and crumbled bacon to the skillet.

Add the drained pasta and toss everything together until well coated with the sauce.

Simmer for 2-3 minutes to blend flavors.
Step 6: Serve and Garnish
