Instructions

Set up three shallow bowls or plates. In one, place the flour. In the second, whisk together the eggs and milk. In the third, mix the breadcrumbs with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Trim the chicken breasts and cut them into nugget-sized pieces—about 1.5 inches each. Pat them dry with a paper towel to ensure better breading adhesion.

Dredge each chicken piece in flour first, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat it thoroughly with the seasoned breadcrumb mixture. Press the breadcrumbs on well to ensure an even, crispy layer.

🍳 Step 4: Fry Until Golden

Heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep skillet or pot over medium-high heat (about 350°F / 175°C). Fry the nuggets in small batches for 3–4 minutes per side or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
