Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Bacon
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.

Step 2: Toast the Bread

- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth or slightly chunky, depending on your preference.

- In the same skillet used for bacon, add olive oil or butter.
- Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook sunny-side up or over-easy, depending on your preference.
