Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

Thinly slice the onions and mince the garlic.

If using ground beef, ensure it’s thawed. If using sirloin, slice it thinly against the grain.
Step 2: Cook the Onions

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 3: Brown the Beef
