For the Sauce

2 tbsp sour cream

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Pizza Dough
- In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise for 1 hour.
Step 2: Cook the Steak and Veggies
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Sauté until soft.
- Push the veggies to one side and add the steak slices. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook until the steak is browned and cooked through. Mix with the veggies and set aside.
Step 3: Prepare the Sauce
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Set aside for spreading on the pizza.
Step 4: Assemble the Pizza
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Spread the sauce evenly over the dough.
- Layer the steak and veggie mixture on top.
- Sprinkle provolone and mozzarella cheese over the toppings.
Step 5: Bake the Pizza
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
