For the Pizza Dough

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) active dry yeast

  • ¾ cup warm water

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

For the Toppings

  • 1 lb ribeye steak (thinly sliced)

  • 1 large onion (sliced)

  • 1 green bell pepper (sliced)

  • 1 cup mushrooms (optional)

  • 2 cups provolone cheese (shredded)

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

For the Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp sour cream

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce


Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Pizza Dough

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise for 1 hour.

Step 2: Cook the Steak and Veggies

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Sauté until soft.
  3. Push the veggies to one side and add the steak slices. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Cook until the steak is browned and cooked through. Mix with the veggies and set aside.

Step 3: Prepare the Sauce

  1. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Set aside for spreading on the pizza.

Step 4: Assemble the Pizza

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  4. Spread the sauce evenly over the dough.
  5. Layer the steak and veggie mixture on top.
  6. Sprinkle provolone and mozzarella cheese over the toppings.

Step 5: Bake the Pizza

  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
