Ingredients

  • 2 large tomatoes (diced)

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar

  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

  • Optional additions:

    • Feta cheese (crumbled)

    • Olives (sliced)

    • Bell peppers (diced)

    • Avocado (diced)


Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Vegetables

  • Wash the tomatoes, cucumber, and onion thoroughly under cold water.

  • Dice the tomatoes and cucumber into bite-sized pieces.

  • Thinly slice the red onion.

Step 2: Combine the Ingredients

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the diced tomatoes, cucumber, and sliced onion.

  • Toss gently to combine.

Step 3: Add Fresh Herbs

  • Chop fresh parsley or cilantro and sprinkle it over the salad.

Step 4: Prepare the Dressing
