Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Garlic

Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves. For a smoother texture, use a garlic press or grate the garlic.

Step 2: Combine Wet Ingredients

In a small mixing bowl or jar, add the red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard (if using), and honey or maple syrup. Whisk or shake until well combined.

Step 3: Add Garlic and Seasonings

Stir in the minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and dried herbs (if using). Mix thoroughly to infuse the flavors.
