Instructions

🔥 Step 1: Prepare the Cabbage

  • Remove any wilted or damaged outer leaves.
  • Cut off the bottom stem just enough to create a flat base, but don’t remove the core—this helps keep each slice intact.
  • Slice the cabbage into 1-inch thick rounds. You should get 4–6 “steaks” depending on cabbage size.

  • Brush both sides of the cabbage steaks with the seasoned oil mixture.
