Instructions
Step 1: Marinate the Chicken
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for deeper flavor).
Step 2: Grill the Chicken
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill.
- Cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
