Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Avocados

Start by cutting your ripe avocados in half, removing the pit, and scooping the flesh into a medium-sized bowl. Use a fork or potato masher to mash the avocado until it’s creamy but still a little chunky.

Step 2: Add the Lime Juice

Squeeze in the fresh lime juice for that perfect balance of tanginess. The lime will not only add flavor but also help prevent the guacamole from browning too quickly.

Step 3: Mix in the Ingredients

Add the finely chopped onion, tomato, cilantro, and jalapeño (if using). Stir to combine all the ingredients evenly.
