Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.

Step 2: Prepare the Rolls

  • Cut the Hawaiian sweet rolls into 1-inch cubes and spread them evenly in the baking dish.

Step 3: Make the Custard Mixture

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined.

Step 4: Soak the Rolls

  • Pour the custard mixture evenly over the cubed rolls. Use a spatula to gently press down on the rolls, ensuring they soak up the liquid. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
