Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g high-quality dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
  • 100g milk chocolate
  • 50g white chocolate
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, or hazelnuts)
  • 1/4 cup dried fruits (optional)
  • A pinch of sea salt (for garnish)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Chocolate

  1. Chop the dark, milk, and white chocolate into small, even pieces.
  2. Place the dark and milk chocolate in a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Melt the chocolate slowly, stirring occasionally to ensure it doesn’t burn.

Step 2: Add Cream and Butter

  1. Once the chocolate is melted, add the heavy cream and unsalted butter.
  2. Stir until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.

Step 3: Layer the Chocolate

  1. Pour half of the melted chocolate mixture into the chocolate bar mold.
  2. Sprinkle chopped nuts and dried fruits evenly over the first layer.
  3. Pour the remaining chocolate mixture over the nuts and fruits.

Step 4: Add the Finishing Touches

  1. Melt the white chocolate separately and drizzle it over the top of the bars.
  2. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt for a gourmet touch.

Step 5: Set the Chocolate Bars

  1. Place the mold in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or until the chocolate is completely set.
  2. Once set, gently remove the bars from the mold.
