  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Vegetables
Finely chop the pickles, red bell pepper, onion, and chili peppers. Ensure the pieces are uniform in size for a consistent texture.

Step 2: Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped pickles, red bell pepper, onion, and chili peppers. Mix well.

Step 3: Cook the Relish
In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, apple cider vinegar, mustard seeds, turmeric powder, celery seeds, and red chili flakes. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
