Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
Step 2: Prepare the Chicken and Ham
If you don’t have pre-cooked chicken, cook 2-3 chicken breasts and dice or shred them. Dice the ham into small pieces.
Step 3: Make the Creamy Sauce
In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, chicken broth, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
Step 4: Layer the Casserole
Spread the cooked chicken evenly in the baking dish. Top with diced ham and 1 cup of shredded Swiss cheese. Pour the creamy sauce over the layers.
Step 5: Add the Topping
In a small bowl, mix crushed pork rinds with melted butter. Sprinkle the mixture over the casserole, followed by the remaining Swiss cheese and cheddar cheese.
Step 6: Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
