- 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip) or homemade whipped cream

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Crust
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
- Press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish, covering the bottom and sides.
- Chill for 15 minutes to set.
Step 2: Make the Cream Cheese Filling
- Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Gently fold in whipped topping until fully incorporated.
Step 3: Assemble the Pie
- Pour filling into the chilled crust.
- Smooth the top with a spatula.
Step 4: Chill to Set
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight for best results).
- Step 5: Add Toppings & Serve
- Garnish with lemon slices, whipped cream, or berries before slicing.
