Instructions

Step 1: Preheat Oven & Prep Carrots

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Wash, peel, and cut carrots into even-sized sticks (about 3-4 inches long) for uniform roasting.

Step 2: Season the Carrots

  • In a large bowl, toss carrots with olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
