  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Step 2: Mix the Dry Ingredients

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Step 3: Cream the Butter and Sugars

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy. This takes about 2-3 minutes using a hand or stand mixer.

Step 4: Add the Eggs and Vanilla

Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then, add the vanilla extract and continue mixing until combined.

Step 5: Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients
