Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven and Prepare the Pan

Step 2: Mash the Bananas

In a medium bowl, mash the overripe bananas with a fork or potato masher until smooth. You should have about 1 1/2 cups of mashed bananas. Set aside.

Step 3: Mix Wet Ingredients

In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together using an electric mixer or whisk until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, making sure each is fully incorporated before adding the next. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Step 4: Combine Dry Ingredients

Step 5: Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients

Step 6: Add the Mashed Bananas and Milk
